Privacy information

for the website, ordering and payment

Version: 25 August 2026

1. Controller

Market Timing Strategy Dennis Janzer, sole proprietorship, proprietor Dennis Janzer, Weidmatt 1, 6314 Unterägeri, Switzerland, email: info@market-timing-strategy.com.

2. Technical delivery

The hosting provider and technical security systems process connection data required to deliver and protect the website. This may include the time, requested address, a technical request reference and temporarily the IP address. This processing is required for secure website operation.

3. No first-party analytics or marketing cookies

This website does not set its own analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. We do not create visitor profiles or record page views, click paths or movements on the website for analytics or advertising. A cookie-consent banner is therefore not displayed.

When you continue to external services such as Stripe, TWINT or Myfxbook, their own privacy notices and technical procedures apply. Data for an order you initiate is processed only as described below.

4. Software email enquiry

If you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address and message. These details are used only to answer by email questions about licensing, MetaTrader 5 and technical setup. We do not request financial, brokerage-account or access credentials and do not provide investment advice.

Only when you voluntarily submit the request, we also store UTM parameters contained in the current address, the landing page and, where available, only the domain name of the previously visited page. This attributes a concrete request to content or a labelled partner. It does not create a cross-page visitor profile and no analytics cookie is set.

We send an acknowledgement to you and notify the address responsible for handling the request. For internal handling and funnel control, we also record the processing status and, if a conversation actually takes place, its time. Internal marketing reports use only aggregated counts derived from these records and do not contain email addresses or other customer data. The request and recorded consent are normally retained for no more than twelve months after the request is closed if no contract is formed and no longer statutory retention or legal-defence need applies. You may withdraw your consent for the future by email.

5. Order and consent evidence

When you start an order, we store a random order reference, selected licence, price and currency, time, the version and wording of your confirmed legal statements, detected country, shortened browser information and a technical request reference. If the checkout was opened through a labelled campaign link, we also store its UTM parameters with that order reference so that checkout starts and completed orders can be attributed to the labelled content. This does not set an analytics cookie or create a cross-page visitor profile. Payment status, order email, billing country and provider references are added as needed to form and perform the contract and preserve evidence.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe and, where offered for Swiss one-time licences, TWINT. Those providers process information required for payment, fraud prevention, tax and legal obligations under their own notices and terms.

7. Partner codes and affiliate programme

If you enter a personal partner code or order through a labelled recommendation link, we store the code with the order reference. After payment, we document the code actually applied by the payment provider, discount, payment amount, included tax, commission base and settlement status. No additional tracking cookie is set for this purpose. Customer names and payment data are generally not disclosed to the affiliate.

For affiliates, we store contact and contract data, the accepted agreement version and integrity record, code, attributed sales and payout evidence to perform and prove the affiliate agreement, prevent misuse and settle commission.

8. Legal grounds

Necessary processing secures and delivers the website. Order, payment, licence and affiliate data is processed to take pre-contractual steps, perform the relevant contract, comply with law and establish or defend legal claims. A technical compatibility request is processed on the basis of your consent and, where it relates to a specifically intended purchase, to take pre-contractual steps.

9. Recipients and retention

Website and evidence data is processed by our hosting and database providers. Payment data is sent to Stripe or TWINT as selected. Contractual, accounting and tax records may be retained for up to ten years where required.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may also contact a competent data-protection authority. Mandatory retention duties remain unaffected.
